Torchy’s Bar Denver: Late-Night Color, Big Flavor

Denver has a few Torchy’s Tacos, and the energy is bright in each. The downtown-adjacent spot at 1085 N Broadway is a go-to, especially if you float between Capitol Hill and Civic Center after sundown. For those of us in the local Goth community, it's a great hot spot as it's right out front/next door to Bar Standard/Milk/Red Room and great for pre-drinks Goth Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It has indoor tables, a full bar with a long counter, and the soft clatter of people winding down. According to reviews for the Broadway location, it runs late enough to catch a second wind, typically open until 10 PM. That suits the late-night bite crowd, the ones who need one more good thing before home.
